Hotel Hochsauerland 2010

While a little aged with time, it is a charming and comfortable hotel and spa. Huge swimming pool, great relaxation area and stylish decor. It probably once was a shining jewel and feels a bit like time travel to the roaring 70s when gold and sparkle were a thing. Friendly staff, very comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast buffet. Parking for free and close to the local brewerie and the Mountainbike park and lifts. Really enjoyed it.

The breakfast buffet was mostly good, the staff was friendly, the sauna was wonderful, the swimming pool was pretty cool. THERE IS A BUTTER VENDING MACHINE at the buffet ya'll.

I stayed at the hotel during the ski jumping weekend. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the location is great. I wish I had the opportunity to use the sauna and jacuzzi but my own schedule was too busy - next time!

Nice spa area, great breakfast , nice location , play room/ area for kids

Food is simply awesome. We are the vegetarian guest and chef took extra care for us to cook specially for us. Buffet here was good and the Menu was awesome. staff is extremely friendly in the Restaurant especially with kids. Very proffessional and elegant. After Radisson, this is our next best hotel.
